Pete is the Managing Partner of BBA and the Chairman of Combined Agents of America. He began working in the insurance business in 1980 with his dad, Ted and uncle, Joe at Bibby Insurance Agency. Prior to working at the Agency, he used his engineering degree from Texas Tech University in the construction industry. Pete and his beautiful wife, Kim live in North Dallas. He spends most weekends on their family farm near Ennis, TX where they farm various crops and raise beef cattle. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, water skiing, ranching, and reading. Pete and Kim have two natural-born sons, Andrew who is a captain in US Marine Corps and flys Huey helicopters, and Luke who is a student at UNT-Dallas and works at BBA helping with the social media. The Bibby’s also have been blessed with an additional son, Brandon who is a Producer for BBA. Pete’s family and faith in God are the most important aspects of his life. He is passionate about living a life that pleases God. Pete has served and volunteered for many charities and community programs including Camp Grady Spruce, Don Dennis Prison Ministries, Ennis ISD Trustee, Dallas Parkinson Society, Blue & Gold Officer for USNA, and a fundraiser/walker for Carry the Load.
