Kim Bibby, accounting extraordinaire, is a great asset to the Agency. When not at work, she enjoys quilting, Bible study, and interior decorating. Navy Football holds a very special place in her heart. She especially enjoys the annual Army/Navy game, which she attends whenever possible. She has been involved in the community by heading up a School Supply Ministry for over 20 years, teaching Sunday school, and volunteering in prison ministry with the Texas Youth Commission. She has also served on the Board for the United States Naval Academy Parents’ Club of North Texas. Kim is most passionate about spending time with her husband, Pete and boys, Andrew, Luke, and Brandon. It doesn’t matter where they are as long as they are together.
